How do I return my order?

You can return any product within 14 days of receiving your order if the items are unused and in their original packaging. The embroidery kits must not have been removed from their original packaging.

Please indicate in your parcel that it is a return, the reason as well as your customer references (name, first name, order number and invoice number).

DMC does not currently offer free returns and the buyer is responsible for paying for return postage.

If you have received damaged goods, DMC will cover the costs of return. Contact us for more details.
